High Tea in a Box caters for minimum of 25 to 400 guests.

Yes we cater for Corporate Clients. Monday to Friday bookings only. We can handle up to 400 guests and can supply trained catering staff to make sure your function run smoothly. Same day collection by 6pm to include washing up.

A deposit of 25% of the total booking cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 75% of the total booking cost is required 14 days prior to the event. A bond of $200 (more for large events) is taken to cover potential damage to items and will be refunded in after your event, once all goods are collected and accounted for.

A 25% fee, being 25% of the total booking cost, applies to cancellations within one month of an event. A 100% fee, being 100% of the total booking cost, applies for cancellations within 14 days of an event. A $50 admin fee will be charged for all cancellations greater than 1 month prior to booking date.

Final numbers, dietary requirements and the balance of payment is required 14 days prior to the event.

All tables and chairs must be set up prior to High Tea in a Box’s arrival. To comply with food safe regulations, refrigeration must be available for the food items that require refrigeration.

Yes we apply with the standards of Foodsafe and Covid handling of food. We can supply the customer with the certificate of completion of the course, contact us if you would like this.

Yes we cater for Kids High Teas. We do not serve hot tea but chocolate milk or cold flavoured tea in our Kids Theme Teapots. The Kids High Tea food menu are kids friendly food items than our adult menu.
